Like our last @ Centre feature, Bianca is one of the pivotal pieces to Centre's culture and success. Whether she’s helping employees feel confident in their roles, celebrating internal promotions, or guiding teams toward success, Bianca brings energy, heart, and deep intention to everything she does. Her passion for learning and growth isn’t just part of her job—it’s woven into who she is. Bianca aways strives to create an environment where every employee feels empowered, valued, and equipped to grow. She sees people not just as coworkers, but as individuals with stories, potential, and purpose. For Bianca, being part of someone’s journey and helping them rise through challenges to become their best for our customers is the most rewarding part of the job. My Great Abuelita Isabell who passes away 20yrs ago. She was never afforded the opportunity to go to school, but she taught herself how to read and write (her handwriting was beautiful). She always told us that education was invaluable and no one can take away knowledge. She always made it a point to ensure we were learning everyday. I wish I could tell her all the accomplishments our family has done since she passed. She has several great grandchildren who have graduated from universities and that we continue to remind each other that education has no limits and can never be taken away. Her sacrifices are not forgotten and we thank her for allowing her future generations an opportunity to succeed. I'd like to understand her struggles in life and say thank you for propelling our family forward to allowing me to be where I am today ❤️

Man, my role has evolved so much in the past couple years! My main role is supporting our managers and employees to ensure our service-first mentality and #ONETEAM culture thrive. I make sure all employees have an understanding in the role they play to ensure our company goals are met and our organization succeeds. I love seeing people I have hired and onboarded get promoted within the organization and continue to hit anniversary milestones. I love hearing about the great work they are doing and all the challenges they have overcome to be successful. I love being a part of their story and being a go to resource for our workforce, so they can be the best version of themselves for our clients.

Everywhere. I'd love to just see everything I can. I love that traveling exposes you to various cultures and ideologies. Learning how people live their lives and how they can be so different yet so similar from your own is so eye opening. I have a deep appreciation for learning about others cultures. I'd love to go to Switzerland, the views look breathtaking, and I'd love to taste some Swiss chocolate. My favorite travel memory has been taking my grandparents to Disney world. Seeing them get excited over Mickey Mouse and laughing on rides is a memory I'll cherish forever.
A ballerina. I started ballet when I was 6yrs old and I was obsessed with children's book Nina Nina Star Ballerina by Jane O'Conner. I went en pointe by age 11 and danced through college as a member of the Hip Hop team. I loved competing with my team growing up and even then I'll admit to having a #ONETEAM mentality. You got to show up to practice and ensure you and your team are read. It taught me a lot of discipline and team work since everyone has to hit their mark!
I think breaking it down first reveals the true nature of our company:
Flint, a machete, and plastic wrap. Flint to start a fire, a machete to clear a path and plastic wrap to create drinking water. I swear I saw this survivor hack where you dig a hold and put plastic over it to create condensation. But I probably wouldn't survive long on a deserted island. I am definitely a city girl.
#ONETEAM embodies the mentality that we work hard and show up for our team mates everyday. We strive to be successful as a whole and understand how individually we impact our customers and employees alike.
Bianca, you are a powerful reminder of the heart and humanity behind Centre's success. Not a day goes by where we don't see your dedication to our growth, culture, and #ONETEAM community.
