She believes that keeping clients operational and confident starts with listening, planning, and delivering customized solutions that fit their reality. By combining Centre’s local touch with access to top‑tier resources, Kim helps clients move forward efficiently, even as needs evolve. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A veterinarian. I've always loved animals and wanted to provide some sort of impact on the world's view of them.
How would you describe your role’s impact on Centre customers?
Ensuring that all clients have timely and well planned onsite visits is vital to keeping our clients up and running. Assessing the need and creating a strong plan of when and how to approach the task is important to give each and every client the action required to keep them functioning efficiently. I also provide up to date and customized user onboarding & offboarding forms to streamline the process to both grow and secure clients' employee base and ensure a seamless user experience day 1.

If you go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
The Galapagos - because the natural world there is so unique and diverse. Iguanas that dive deep in the ocean to eat algae. Darwin's Finches that have varied beak sizes to highlight their evolutionary needs. Galapagos Penguins that are the only penguin found north of the equator. And Flightless Cormorant Birds which are the only flightless waterbird of their species and endemic to the Galapagos

In your own words, how would you describe Centre’s differentiators?
Local touch is a core to our work at Centre. Knowing our clients, contacts, and environments allows everyone to use the knowledge and relationships grown to provide customized support to each need that arises.
Combined with Centre's enterprise-level service, this also places the best and most qualified resources in front of an issue or need to create a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would you choose and why?
Neil deGrasse Tyson has such a fascinating knowledge set and unique views of the world. I feel like it would be like a conversation with an educated and realistic AI to sit down and talk about the stars and universe with him.
