We sat down with Michaela and got a first-hand taste of how she's changing the culture here at Centre. Lean in because she's a fun team member (get ready for the perfect emoji for every question, every time). In between her busy schedule, she let us know a few things about herself and how she contributes to our goal of making Centre a place where we know both our customers and employees well. She exceeds those expectations with flying colors! With that being said, meet Michaela Ordaz!
🧁Yes, I love to bake. Most weekends you will find me trying a new recipe and of course sharing it with my loved ones during our family dinners on Sundays! Baking is healing for me and brings me a lot of happiness. It also brings people together, whether you know them or not.
One of the things I love about my role is building lasting relationships with our customers and celebrating the wins together whether big or small.

In my role I am heavily involved in the day-to-day success of our customers. One of the things I love about my role is building lasting relationships with our customers and celebrating the wins together whether big or small. My goal is to make sure that each person feels understood and can be confident that we will work together to make sure they're successful. They're success is our ultimate goal and my role is to make sure that goal is accomplished while making each customer feel special to our process. I love getting to see that success first-hand.
My family is a big part of my life. I would choose to Time Travel, so I could visit my loved ones often 💛 Also, wouldn't it be cool to see your loved ones from before you were born? I would just bask in the hugs and the memories!
Centre is unique in the way that we are still able to provide a personal touch when all other IT providers are automating their service platforms to streamline their support. Even though automation simplifies the process, it takes away the ability to effectively interact with people. Something you will always see at Centre is not only a phone call but a recap, an e-chat and a smileback survey to tell us how we did. When we commit to something, we are always paying attention to the little details. That's the most important part! We welcome any and all feedback every single time because that helps us improve the Centre #ONETEAM delivery and well, that's just who we are!
When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a teacher 📚I love the idea of getting to interact and impact people in a positive way. There is a certain joy you can get from working with a fresh canvas, looking forward to their success in the future. Luckily, I get to do that in my current position as well!
#ONTEAM goes above the overall day to day teams that we are assigned to. #ONETEAM is the betterment of the organization as a whole. #ONETEAM leaves no one behind and gives everyone the opportunity to shine.
