A knife, a rope and a bible. Knife to help catch and fix fish and open to coconuts. Rope to build shelter; the type of rope that you could unravel and make fishing line. Bible to pray and for relaxation.
I hope that I bring a fresh set of eyes. The saying "you can't see the forest for the trees" is really true when you've been working on a project in the trenches, it's hard to look at an overview and see what could easily changed.
I want to be the consultant who helps customers utilize BC to the benefit of their organizations. Helping them find more efficiencies, features that exists that they didn’t even know they needed and help users get more done faster. This is my passion.
My last ten years have been focused on ‘rescue’ or ‘abandon’ projects so I understand the customer frustrations. Finding a quick fix in some way for these clients shows how much you care and begins to build a relationship that they can count on.

My mom, she passed when I was not yet three years old. I would ask her to tell me about her love affair with my dad. He loved her long after she was gone. I'd also want to know about her life after her father left and as a mother of my siblings. I think I would just want her to tell me all the things that a mother and daughter should talk about.
Our approach to new project budgeting is awesome for clients. Premier Support is a win for clients as well. Basically, Centre thinks outside the box and it shows.
I have 5 states to go to hit all 50, so I would choose those (Maine, Vermont, North Dakota, Hawaii and Alaska). It was a an ‘after the fact’ idea. Someone introduced me to an app called Been. Using this I realized how many states that I had travelled to so it became a goal to get all 50. Traveling as much as I have implementing Business Central is partially why I’ve hit so many states and countries for that matter. I really never had a draw to travel, it just happened.
Everyone is rowing in the same direction! Though each individual is working on specific projects when a question or problem arises, everyone offers to help. It's amazing!
