Meet Madison Wismeg: PMO Lead @ Centre

Like our last @ Centre feature, Madison’s approach to leading projects is all about ensuring every engagement delivers exactly what customers expect. She views each project as an opportunity to build trust, foster transparency, and create solutions tailored to client needs. Her passion for personalized service is matched by a commitment to adaptability, working alongside her team to evolve and respond to changing requirements with clarity and confidence. As PMO Lead, Madison combines strategic oversight with hands-on support (and works after-hours too!), ensuring timelines stay on track and communication remains seamless. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? 

When I was little I wanted to be a Veterinarian when I grew up! I have always had a love for animals and still do, but once I found out all of the not so fun things Vets do...like surgeries and such, I had a change of heart. 

I think in a lot of ways I loved the aspect of being a Vet because I wanted to care for animals and though that doesn't directly translate to my current role, I believe that I have continued that passion by caring for our customers. I am very passionate about building customer relationships that are meaningful and lasting. 

How would you describe your role’s impact on Centre customers?

As PMO Lead, my job is all about making life easier for our customers and making sure projects deliver what they expect. I strive to ensure that projects are scheduled within customer timelines with transparent and clear communication. Alongside my team of Project Managers, we are always evolving and adapting to customers needs to ensure we are delivery personalized service!

You get to choose one superpower, which one are you choosing and why? 

I would choose the superpower of Teleportation! I love to travel and if I could be able to teleport instead of sit on a plane for 10+ hours I would be able to see many more places in the world in such less time.

If I had to pick a place to go to, I recently traveled to Indonesia and would love to return to see more the country has to offer, but the 30 hours of travel one-way was less than fun. If I could teleport there, I would have a trip already booked! 

In your own words, how would you describe Centre’s differentiators?

I think Centre does a great job at ensuring we maintaining personalized service even though we are rapidly growing. We are able to maintain customer relationships that keep our customers returning to us not only for the enterprise service we provide, but for the people as well.

How would you describe the #ONETEAM culture at Centre?

Our #ONETEAM culture is all about our teams working together each and every day. We all strive to go the extra mile and help each other out when needed. This is not only internally, but also for our customers and partners. I feel our #ONETEAM culture is unmatched and consistently impresses me day in and day out!
