Yes, I do have a hidden talent! I can play almost any instrument by ear. Once I hear a melody, I can usually sit down and recreate it without needing sheet music. It’s something that has always come naturally to me, and people are often surprised when they realize I can switch between instruments so easily. It’s a talent I don’t talk about much, but it’s one of my favorite creative outlets.
My role plays a key part in elevating the Centre customer experience by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decision‑making. I design accurate, intuitive reports and dashboards that help customers understand performance, identify trends, and act with confidence. I help shape solutions that not only meet customer needs, but also enhance the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of the services Centre provides.
Additionally, I bring a fresh, innovative perspective to the evolution of Power BI reporting at Centre—introducing modern design approaches, smarter data models, and enhanced user experiences that empower both internal teams and customers to unlock even deeper insights.

If I were stranded on a deserted island, the three things I’d need are a phone, a fire starter, and unlimited frozen pizza. The phone would hopefully give me a chance to call for rescue, the fire starter would keep me warm and allow me to cook, and the unlimited frozen pizza would make surviving a little more enjoyable while I wait for help.
