Like our last @ Centre feature, Faith’s approach to our customers goes far beyond simply checking tasks off a list. She’s someone who sees every customer engagement as an opportunity to build trust, improve processes, and create meaningful solutions that drive real results. Whether she’s leading a high-pressure deployment with impossible deadlines or showing up onsite on a weekend to keep a project on track, Faith brings grit, humor, and a genuine care for people to every situation. Her passion for helping others and talent for keeping teams aligned reflect the same determination and independence she admires in her role model, Betty White—and yes, she’s just as quick with a good laugh. Faith reminds us that being a technology partner isn’t just about delivering solutions, it’s about making a lasting impact for customers and teammates alike. If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would you choose and why?

Betty White! She cracks me up!! I love to laugh! She was a strong, independent woman, who didn't allow a man (or woman for that matter!) dictate how she should act, behave or live her life.  She pursued her career despite her second husband urging her to stop working, and I'm glad she did, otherwise Golden Girls wouldn't have been the same.  Her sassy, straight-forward and comedic take on life reminds me a lot of my own perspective, and I love it!  If I could ask her anything, I would ask her...  Why after she vowed to never re-marry the second time, did she remarry a third time, and did she have any regrets?  Would you consider him or someone else the love of your life, or were you just content with your career being the love of your life? And lastly... true or false... All's fair in love and war?! 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

I would go back to Turkey! It was where I did my first solo trip, and I just think that I missed some places the first time! Antalya is high on my must-see list! It’s gorgeous beach, and highly underrated.

How would you describe your role’s impact on Centre customers?

Being a project manager at Centre is impactful because we can greatly influence a customer’s perception on how much they need Centre Technologies to be THEIR IT department. I love that I can be the facilitator to implementing a meaningful solution to a customer's business ultimately providing value to the betterment of their business.  Why do you love it? It makes me feel like my role is critical in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and it makes me feel good to see a satisfied customer as well as repeat customers!

When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A pediatrician doctor! In the same way I wanted to be in pediatrics as a kid, as an adult I get to use similar passions in technology (even though it sounds weird). I really enjoy helping people, and my passion for process improvement can be applied to both my current role as well as my childhood.

In your own words, how would you describe Centre’s differentiators?

You get to choose one superpower, which one are choosing and why?

Teleporting! Time is fleeting… I need to get to my destinations much faster! Ain’t nobody got time for Trains, planes and highways!

How would you describe the #ONETEAM culture at Centre?

Fast pace & exciting! I love to see us all come together as #ONETEAM when working on projects together with other teams!
