She is hard-working and so much fun to be around - check out why below!

Like our last @ Centre feature, Haley believes in and contributes daily to making our #ONETEAM the best team in Texas and Oklahoma. As the newest member of the Marketing team, she has had to hit the ground running in order to maintain the expectations we hold ourselves to in providing our customers with the best events possible. It's not an easy job but she accomplishes it with poise. She is driven, kind, and community oriented, always striving to make people feel welcome. Besides a smile always on her face, she has a passion and zeal that is unmatched and we're honored to have her! Want to learn more about our events? Who better a person to get to know than the one who ideates them! Here's Haley Daigle!

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

If I could go anywhere in the world, I'd probably choose Portugal. One of my dreams is to do the Camino de Santiago, a 500-mile journey from Portugal to Spain. It typically takes about 20 days to complete, with travelers staying in hostels or with locals along the way. I think getting to stay with locals along the journey would be so much fun and a great way to experience the culture throughout the entire trip. I also think that the entire trip would not only be a challenge physically but also mentally and I think I could learn a lot from it.

How would you describe your role’s impact on Centre customers?

Over the past few months, I have been actively involved in organizing several upcoming events on our calendar. My efforts have focused on driving attendance and delivering valuable information to our customers, with the goal of optimizing their partnership with Centre. I love being able to plan something from beginning to end and then watch it come to life and get to see everyone enjoy what I have spent so much time planning. I'm excited to plan engaging and impactful events that leave a lasting impact on customers.

If you could only play once game for the rest of your life, which one and why?

If I could only play one game for the rest of my life it would be the card game, speed. I love playing this game with family and friends, it reminds me of camping trips when I was a kid and long days and nights at my grandma's farm.

You get to choose one superpower, which one are you choosing and why?

If I could choose one superpower it would be the ability to teleport. I love to travel but the time that it takes to get from one place to another makes it difficult to get to all of the places I would like to go. Having the ability to teleport would allow me to be somewhere new every weekend.

In your own words, how would you describe Centre’s differentiators?

We are working around the clock to provide hands on service catered to each and every customer that allows them to operate in the most efficient way possible. Unlike other companies, we're here for our customers 24/7. This means we can handle issues right away, keeping everything running smoothly.

When it comes to events, this commitment means were always ready to tackle anything that comes up. If something unexpected happens during an event our team jumps in immediately to sort it out. In short, we're always on top of things, making sure our clients and event attendees get the best experience possible, no matter what.

How would you describe the #ONETEAM culture at Centre?

The #ONETEAM culture means that all members come together to work towards one common goal. When someone needs help, we are all there to give it and if I am the one who needs support, there is always someone there to offer it.

Haley, we're excited for the things you daily bring to our #ONETEAM. Thank you for the way you show up with fresh ideas and a drive to create them - all while staying true to your heart for community between our employees, company culture, and our customers. You impact us in might ways!
