Meet Sam Morris: Agreements Analyst @ Centre

One of our great honors is to talk about the people behind the details that matter most to our customers. This month’s feature, Sam Morris, is a perfect example. As an Agreements Analyst, Sam brings a strong sense of ownership, precision, and follow‑through to every customer engagement. His behind‑the‑scenes work plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy, alignment, and trust across Centre’s customer relationships.

Like our last @ Centre feature, Sam’s approach reflects the heart of our local‑first care and #ONETEAM mindset: collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to doing what’s right for the customer. Through his work as an Agreements Analyst, Sam helps ensure contracts, renewals, and billing stay aligned with deployed services, preventing surprises and supporting a consistent, transparent experience for our customers.

But there’s more to Sam than his attention to detail. Sam brings thoughtfulness and perspective into everything he does. Keep reading to learn more about what inspires him to be the best version of himself no matter what.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Get me on a cruise ship that goes anywhere in the Caribbean. I love being free in the water even though I have a realization of how small we are while out there also.

How would you describe your role’s impact on Centre customers?

My role directly impacts Centre customers by ensuring their contracts, renewals, and billing are accurate, aligned with deployed services, and compliant with agreed terms. By reconciling vendor data, validating agreements, and managing renewal and cancellation timelines, I help prevent billing errors, service gaps, and unexpected obligations. This work supports a consistent, transparent customer experience and reinforces trust in Centre as a dependable and detail‑driven partner.

 Sam Morris is a huge asset to our #ONETEAM. He consistently brings a positive attitude and a smile to everything he does and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Sam goes out of his way to get out of his chair and connect with teammates in person, and he takes on every challenge, big or small, with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to doing better for the good of the company.

If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would you choose and why?

I would love to have dinner with Martin Luther King. I would love to hear his vision of what he really wanted accomplished during his mission. I believe it got cut short and he was actually just scratching the surface of the civil rights movement.

In your own words, how would you describe Centre’s differentiators?

Centre stands out because we combine strong technical expertise with a genuine focus on doing what’s right for the customer. We don’t take a one‑size‑fits‑all approach—instead, we really take the time to understand our customers’ environments, needs, and long‑term goals. Our attention to detail, transparency around services and billing, and collaborative approach across teams help build trust and deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences for our customers.

If you could only play one game for the rest of your life, which one and why? 

Basketball is the only game. I love the feeling of collaboration and also the individual style each player comes with. When all are firing at the right time it's a beautiful site!!!!

I would say that the culture is very collaborative and pushes for innovation of ideas and concepts as a whole.
